Student support
Trouble signing in, a test that will not load, or a question about how XP works: support@parho.online. We reply within one working day, Monday to Saturday.
Report a wrong answer
If a question is marked incorrectly or an explanation is wrong, email corrections@parho.online with the subject, chapter and the question text. Fixes usually go live within a couple of days.
Privacy and your data
Requests to access, correct or delete your data: privacy@parho.online. You can also export and delete everything yourself from Settings → Privacy & Data without contacting us.
Security disclosure
If you find a vulnerability, please report it privately to security@parho.online before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge within two working days.
Schools and teachers
If you teach a class that wants to use Parho together, or you would like competitions run for your students, write to schools@parho.online.
