About Parho
Parho (پڑھو) is Urdu for “study” — said the way a parent or a teacher says it. It is an exam-preparation platform built for one specific audience: students sitting BISE Punjab board exams.
Why we built it
Most study apps are built for a general audience and then loosely mapped onto a local syllabus. Parho starts from the BISE Punjab syllabus instead. Chapters follow the board textbooks, questions are written at board difficulty, and the exam countdown points at the actual March paper date.
What it does
- Timed chapter tests. Scored on the server the moment you submit, with a grade, a per-question review and the explanation for every answer.
- An automatic mistake notebook. Anything you get wrong lands there with the correct answer. Miss the same question twice and its counter goes up instead of creating a duplicate, so your real weak spots rise to the top.
- Quick drills. Five questions with instant feedback, for a spare ten minutes.
- Live competitions. Scheduled contests with one attempt each, ranked by score and then by speed.
- Honest analytics. Mastery, coverage and accuracy are computed from every question you have actually answered. Nothing on your progress page is invented.

How we treat your data
No advertising, no trackers, no selling data. Passwords are hashed and unreadable even to us. You can export everything we hold, or delete your account outright, from Settings. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
A note on accuracy
Parho is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official publication of any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. Your board's own syllabus and past papers remain the authority.
