Is Parho free to use?

Which classes and boards does Parho support?
Class 9 to Class 12, for all nine BISE boards in Punjab — Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, DG Khan and Sahiwal.
How do I start practising?
